Hey, I'm Nayana. If you see a girl with dreadlocks sitting in the fifth row, center seat, at your theater... chew your popcorn quietly. And don't talk during the movie.
OK, now that we've got that straight, enjoy the bloggy goodness!
I liked the Jerry Maguire, Pretty Woman, and She's All That quotes that they put on there. Otherwise, I'm not surprised. I don't really know what their criteria was, but I didn't think a lot of these were 'the worst' lines of dialogue.
Uhmm... I'm guessing you liked the quotes from Jerry Maguire, Four Weddings and a Funeral, and Notting Hill... Just because I remember how much you love chick flicks. How did I do on this one?
I confess I liked pretty much all the lines... except the ones from Twin Peaks (I didn't see it, so I guess I don't get it), Love Story(really, how stupid is that one?), and the dingo/baby one. Some of the lines, I think, were pretty stinking great (As Good As It Gets, She's All That). And Kristin, you remember me very well. :-)
"You had me at hello" is cheesier, but I love "You complete me". Well, I love all the love quotes, cheesy as they might be, I'm in love. I guess if I wasn't it would be a barf-fest :P
Haha, that quote from Twin Peaks made me laugh. I have to watch it again soon. David Lynch, what can you say? Gotta love him.
Ok, that one from Love Story was terrible. Who wrote that? Execution squad por favor!
Hahaha, "A Dingo ate my baby" So that's where that line comes from. Anyone seen the Seinfeld episode where Elaine delivers that exact line in her best Australian accent? Amazing stuff. Pure comedy gold!
The Love Story one has caused more trouble than any other movie line I can think of. Certain exes of mine thought it was true (and actually cited the movie to me during arguments). I shit you not.
Hehe, these are great, thanks. I think the first 5 are the worst. Especially the Star Wars one. Wow, I think I've blocked out all dialogue from Episodes 1-3 from my head as much as possible. Little Anakin's idiotic lines in Episode 1 are scarred in my memory, though. And Jar-Jar's, for that matter.
