Hey, I'm Nayana. If you see a girl with dreadlocks sitting in the fifth row, center seat, at your theater... chew your popcorn quietly. And don't talk during the movie.
OK, now that we've got that straight, enjoy the bloggy goodness!
I also think it's a bad sign when a movie uses the "Requiem for a Dream" theme as its music in the trailer. It's been over played and the quality in films seems to be getting worse. First it was "LOTR: Two Towers" (Excellent)then "Sunshine" (Decent) and now this (Crap). Quite a steady decline.
I saw this as well. Haven't written a thing yet, but movie buff is close - I thought it more like Children of Minority Report, with a dash of A.I. and Blade Runner thrown in for good measure.
Not terribly bad or good, and it even had a few cool visions of the future.

the previews for Babylon AD made me expect something a lot more original... it totally felt like a cross between Minority Report and the Fifth Element
